A lover of cheese and food presentation since 2004.

Maliysa Lou was born and raised in Costa Mesa, Ca, by her mom and grandmother, both were great cooks and bakers as well as fabulous hostesses. 

Maliysa fell in love with the art of food presentation when she would help her grandma in the kitchen baking apple pies and cookies. 

She has lived in Italy, studied at The Cheese School of San Francisco and traveled to Paris and Burgundy for the love of cheese and food 

Maliysa specializes in food, wine, cocktail and cheese pairings. 

Always a hostess and lover of food and drink she believes that presentation is everything.
